Delivery

1. How long does it take before a sending has been delivered?
Sendings to the Netherlands won't take longer than seven days. (If the money has been paid before vijf o'clock, the order will normally be delivered the next day)
Outside the Netherlands but inside Europe, it won't take longer than ten days.
StayTrendy takes as the starting-date the moment the money for the order has been received.
2. What to do when the produkt has arrived in the wrong shape?
Send us the product back. Use the protection envelop we have send you the product in. We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you what to do next.
Possibilities are that a correct item will be send again or that you can choose a similar kind of product with the same price. It is also possible ofcourse to get your money back.

Order

1. Can you tell me how to place an order on this website?
By looking at one of the products, you'll see at your bottom left a box with information about this item. There you also see a button "add to shoppingcart". The item will be added to your shoppingcart by pressing this button.
At the page "Order" you can then look at all the items you have added to your shoppingcart. Here it is possible to fill in all the remaining data and it is also posible to remove items again.
At the top-right, you will see the amount of items and the total cost of your order at any time during your visit.

Products

1. Products are contained in sections. What do the names of these sections mean?
Nothing! We get many questions concerning this. We place products within a section and give them a name we think is appropriate. The name 'Opal' doesn't mean the products are actually made of the gemstone opal. We only think that is a propriate name. The section 'flowers' does not mean that all the earrings actually contain real flowers; it does mean we think they look like it. 
2. Where do I find the products?
Products can be found easily by using the menu. There are different overviews possible. For example; by pressing at earrings, you will see all the different groups of earrings, StayTrendy has at this moment.
By clicking at one of the items you will see all the products which are on normal days in stock.
By pressing one of these items you can see some detailed information about it. Here is also the posibility of adding them to your shopping cart.
So they can be found by clicking on the right menuitem, or by navigating through the different groups.
